Three contract models, transparent measurement, and statutory compliance handled for our own workforce.

    Item-rate contracts

    Priced against the client’s BOQ, measured and billed item by item at agreed rates.

  • 02

    Composite contracts

    A single rate covering material, labour, tools and supervision for the full package.

  • 03

    Labour-plus-material

    The client supplies principal materials; we deploy manpower, tools, consumables and supervision.

  • 04

    Measurement & billing

    Joint measurement with the client’s engineer, running bills in the client’s format, test records and material certificates attached.

  • 05

    Taxes & statutory

    GST charged at the applicable rate. EPF, ESI and site labour compliance handled for our own workforce.

  • 06

    Defect liability

    A defect liability period is offered on every finishing package, with rectification carried out at our cost.

Rates are quoted against the drawings, specification and quantities for each enquiry, and hold for the validity period stated in the quotation.

Confirm the scope,
and we mobilise.

On acceptance we submit material samples for approval, deploy the first gang against the agreed mobilisation date, and issue a week-by-week programme worked back from the client’s completion date.
